During the past Easter holidays, we were guests in the Crestet area for the 21st year in a row, the first time in this holiday home. The apartment is really great and very comfortable. From the terrace you have an idyllic view of Mont Ventoux, the beautiful nature and the surroundings. Not only the beautiful location but also the hospitality and friendliness of Eric and Marion are really fantastic. As always, thanks in part to you, we have been able to enjoy the beautiful Crestet and its picturesque surroundings here, "the real things of beauty...et les moments inoubliables". The typical villages, the versatility of the region, the colorful markets, the delicious wine, ... so much to see, so much to do. You feel at home and on holiday here at the same time. We consider ourselves lucky to have found this location. Crestet and La Fontaine de Charambaud: a unique combination! We'll come back here

We enjoyed French life with our family during the May holidays! The apartment was large and clean and fully equipped. It was quiet and we slept soundly and woke up to a fantastic view of the mountains. We swam (almost) every day in the heated pool. In addition to the pool, the children (3 and 6) also enjoyed the playground. In the evenings we often went for a BBQ under the fruit trees with a view of the mont ventoux. Really enjoy! We also often had dinner at the pizzeria that was less than 300 meters from the apartment. We have further filled our days with visiting markets and medieval towns, mountain biking through the beautiful surroundings and picnicking/playing by the river. It was a great stay with very cordial owners. Thank you!

To be repeated! That is why we immediately booked for next year. Gite Rossignol approaches the highest degree of perfection for us: tastefully furnished, equipped with all comforts; a view that you never tire of; a beautiful, carefully tended garden; a swimming pool which is also not to be faulted; pleasant and attentive hospitality and - last but not least - ideal for people with mobility problems.

La Fontaine de Charambaud is always worth a visit. We have been guests there several times. This time we stayed in Le Rossignol, a spacious gite with a beautiful terrace. A cosy, comfortable and not to mention clean apartment that is fully equipped. And all around there is a beautiful large garden with fruit trees, play equipment for children and a swimming pool.
If you have any questions, owners Erik and Marion are immediately ready for you.
We were there in the spring, but because of the lovely weather we could enjoy the (heated) swimming pool and enjoy good French wine on the terrace in front of the gite.

After the friendly welcome, relaxation in the bright, well-equipped holiday apartment Martinet was guaranteed. The terrace, the well-kept garden with pool and the view of Mont Ventoux leave nothing to be desired.
Crestet is very conveniently located close to the charming small town of Vaison La Romaine with its weekly Provencal market; the bakery and the restaurant can be reached on foot from the winery.
We took a break in the apartment for 7 months. The house was warm and cozy even throughout the winter. We thank Marion and Eric for the community and good medical care when needed - we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Le Martinet! A beautifully furnished and clean apartment, with plenty of privacy. A beautiful setting at the foot of the Mont Ventoux. We were kindly received and could always go for a question. In short, as far as we are concerned, worth repeating!

We enjoyed your gite Hibou. Fully equipped, very clean, nice beds in a beautiful spot with a view of Mont Ventoux. We were able to take a walk with our dog James from the gite and in the morning we walked to the bakery for a nice baguette and croissant. We also really liked the large swimming pool where we did some laps every day and then relaxed with a beautiful view. We have already booked again for next year!

Nice, quiet location; just 'outside' Vaison-La-Romaine (4 km on foot) Nice apartment/mini house. Great to eat outside and then swim laps at the beautiful pool! Literally almost between the vineyards with a view of the famous Mont Ventoux. The region also offers many beautiful trips, so ... we should definitely come back! Friendly welcome by Marion and Eric, where the first day a bottle of wine was ready. Near the village of Crestet, which is especially worth a visit from a historical point of view, further on 150 m pizeria where you can eat cheaply and deliciously with super service! Bakery at 250 meters. Purchasing in Vaison, several department stores.

We stayed for 1 week in La Fontaine de Charambaud, the first week after the reopening of the French border for tourists. A beautiful location with plenty of peace and quiet, great nature and a lovely swimming pool to cool off. Nice view of the Mont Ventoux. Apartment was very complete. Good explanation from Erik, the owners let you enjoy their beautiful accommodation in peace. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed a wonderful holiday week in le Rossignol. Jos could easily get anywhere with his wheelchair. The apartment is therefore certainly suitable for wheelchair users. The cozy interior and the view of the vineyards have contributed to the fact that we really felt at home. Swimming pool and garden are beautifully maintained. We even swam a bit. We immediately made reservations for next year. Erik and Marion, thank you for staying with you and see you soon

We had two great weeks at Fontaine de Charambaud. The gites were spacious, nicely decorated and fully equipped. From the terrace you have a great view of the countryside and the Mont Ventoux. There is a lovely large swimming pool with a spacious garden around. On warm days it is wonderful to relax in the shade of the cherry trees. A bakery, restaurant and fruit stand with delicious strawberries and apricots are a 5-minute walk away. A ten minute drive you have Vaison with all facilities and two large supermarkets. There is more than enough to do in the area. Beautiful surroundings for cycling and walking, beautiful small villages and nice spots along the river for cooling off with the children. And plenty of restaurants nearby where you can have an extensive lunch in the shade in the hot afternoon hours. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the wonderful holiday Erik and Marion !!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in La Fontaine de Charambaud. For us it was a "sentimental journey". And yes, this time again it was lovely. We stayed in the Martinet, a very nice apartment that is cosily furnished and fully equipped. The most beautiful is the view of the fruit trees and vineyards. Mont Ventoux can also be seen. There is a nice swimming pool and the surrounding area is very beautiful. If you have already seen all the tourist highlights in the area, there is still plenty to see and do nearby. In short: an ideal place for us.

In September, 2 wonderful weeks can stay in gite Le Rossignol. It is a super-gite, very spacious, with a beautiful terrace, where I could also easily move with my wheelchair.
And what a 'magnificent' view of Mont Ventoux!
Every morning may pick fresh fruit: grapes, plums, figs, all equally delicious. My friend even found a new hobby: making jam ;-)
We will definitely come back here!

In early August 2018 we had the pleasure to stay in the holiday home “Le Hibou” on the domain of “La Fontaine de Charambaud”.
What a beautiful and spacious domain with a view of Mont Ventoux. The house itself has very spacious rooms and is tastefully decorated and equipped with all necessary luxuries (dishwasher, washing machine, spacious terrace ...).
Furthermore, we could enjoy a lot of relaxation options on the domain (including jeux de boules, ping pong table, ...) and the spacious swimming pool (15m) surrounded by a variety of sun loungers, partly also surrounded by fruit trees with picnic tables underneath. So there is something for everyone and in the pool there were already some ligbars and tubes provided for extra water fun.
If you still have a question, the friendly owners are always ready to help you.
It will be clear that we enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely come back here.

We had a very sweet week at La Fontaine de Charambaud!
Why? Do you have a minute?

The La Hibou apartment is super spacious, very stylish and tastefully decorated, fully equipped, has a DVD player (we are series binge watchers! :-), a private garden where you can sunbathe while enjoying a baguette with cheese and a local rose!

La Fontaine de Charambaud is located in the middle of the vines and has a beautiful flowered garden with lots of grass around the house. Ideal if, like us, you want to play football and play with your children. In addition, there is a bowling alley, table tennis table, table football, badminton rackets etc.

The pool then. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah". Lovely to splash around after a day of exploring nearby towns such as Vaison la Romain or Nyons. The pool is large, the water has a nice temperature, it is enclosed so safe for kids and since there are only 3 apartments, it is very quiet and relaxed. The view of Mont Ventoux makes it complete.

300 meters to the left is a warm boulangerie and a kilometer to the right is a very attractive and nice restaurant. Tip: order the Canard! At the restaurant, the bakery doesn't sell duck.

Last but not least: our host and hostess. Eric and Marion give you a very warm and warm reception.
Are always nearby to give tips or help with anything. And are busy every day to keep La Fontaine de Charambaud completely top.

Do I have Charambaud shares? No. But Charambaud has a very large share in our wonderful holiday. So we love to come back very soon.

Last week we were guests at La Fontaine de Charambaud in Crestet. Recommended! Eric and Marion have placed 3 beautiful gites in their house. We were in le Rossignol. The location is phenomenal with a view of Mont Ventoux. We really liked the gite even more than the photos suggest. Le Rossignol is a spacious and well-maintained apartment. Good beds, the inventory is of good quality and there is plenty of kitchen utensils. WiFi is stable and fast. We also really enjoyed the huge private garden that belongs to this gite. A garden set and BBQ are included!
Do you want to cycle, walk, visit a market or experience culture? Then this is a great base. And last but not least: enjoy the hospitality and peace with Eric and Marion.
